I would like to clarify a previous review. The confusion was due to an address error on my part. The Connecticut store handled the order correctly and very efficiently. The mistake ocurred al the Pennsylvania store, which sent a plant instead of a bouquet. I appreciate the professionalism and quick response of the Conneticut team.

I ordered my flowers on line which was extremely easy and convenient, it was after hours so I didn’t need to remember to call the next day.
